Purchasing a Hoodlums TCG NFT grants you ownership of that specific token on Robinhood Chain. You do not own the underlying artwork or intellectual property which remains the property of Hoodlums TCG. You may display, trade, and use your NFTs within the Hoodlums TCG ecosystem.

All pack purchases are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions we cannot reverse or refund any purchases.

Hoodlums TCG is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game or website. We are not liable for any losses incurred through participation in Hoodlums TCG including loss of digital assets.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
