By accessing HoodlumsTCG.xyz and participating in Hoodlums TCG you agree to these terms.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate. Hoodlums TCG is not available to residents of jurisdictions where blockchain-based collectibles or token activities are prohibited.

Purchasing a Hoodlums TCG NFT grants you ownership of that specific token on Robinhood Chain. You do not own the underlying artwork or intellectual property which remains the property of Hoodlums TCG. You may display, trade, and use your NFTs within the Hoodlums TCG ecosystem.

All pack purchases are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions we cannot reverse or refund any purchases.

You may not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the smart contract or game systems. You may not use bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantages. You may not use Hoodlums TCG for any illegal purpose.

Game Conduct, Rewards, and Staking

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate match outcomes when playing Hoodlums TCG. $LUMS rewards are earned through legitimate gameplay only. Attempting to exploit the reward system will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

NFT ownership is verified on-chain. You are solely responsible for securing your own wallet, including your private keys and seed phrase. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse unauthorized transactions.

Emergency staking functions, including the ability to pause or adjust staking contracts, are at the sole discretion of the project owner. We reserve the right to modify staking pool parameters, reward amounts, and lock periods at any time.

$LUMS is a utility token intended for use within the Hoodlums TCG ecosystem only. Nothing related to $LUMS constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

All Hoodlums TCG branding, artwork, and content is the intellectual property of Hoodlums TCG. You may not reproduce or use our assets without permission.

Hoodlums TCG is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game or website. We are not liable for any losses incurred through participation in Hoodlums TCG including loss of digital assets.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
