Wallet Data

We collect and store your Ethereum wallet address when you connect your wallet to the site. Wallet addresses are public blockchain data and are not personally identifying on their own.

Profile Data

You may voluntarily create a profile, including a username and a profile picture. This data is stored on our servers and is publicly visible to other users. You can update or delete your profile at any time by contacting us.

Game Data

We store match history, win/loss records, deck compositions, tournament participation, and pending $LUMS reward balances, all tied to your wallet address.

Staking Data

When staking launches, we will store staking positions, lock periods, reward balances, and transaction history tied to your wallet address.

NFT and Blockchain Data

Card ownership is read directly from the Robinhood Chain blockchain. We do not store NFT ownership data - we read it live from the chain each time it is needed.

No Traditional Personal Data

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. All transactions are handled on-chain.

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate Hoodlums TCG:

  • Vercel for website hosting
  • Upstash Redis for data storage
  • QuickNode for blockchain RPC access
  • Pinata for IPFS file storage
  • Robinhood Chain blockchain infrastructure

These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your profile data and game history by contacting us. Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted, as they are public blockchain records that exist independently of our servers.

GDPR

We make reasonable efforts to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. If you are located in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies to maintain your wallet connection state only.
